HouseJet Manage
Privacy Policy
Last updated September 16, 2026
This policy explains what HouseJet Manage (“Manage”), run by HouseJet at manage.marketmakersolo.com, collects, why, and what happens to it. Manage is an internal operations system used by HouseJet staff to look after clients, leads, appointments, billing, support and social media. It also covers the data Manage receives from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google when a HouseJet administrator connects a business account.
1. What we collect
About staff who sign in. Name, work email, role and team; password (stored only as a salted hash), authenticator and passkey credentials (public keys only), backup codes (hashed); sign-in attempts with time, IP address and browser; every action taken in the service.
About clients, agents and leads. The business information HouseJet already holds about its customers — names, contact details, company, plan, billing and payment history (card numbers are never stored; only the last four digits and the processor’s reference), appointments, closings, support tickets and messages exchanged with HouseJet.
From connected Meta accounts. When an administrator connects a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, Manage receives, through Meta’s APIs, the Page’s posts and ads, public comments on them, direct messages sent to the Page or account, the public profile name and ID of the people who wrote them, and page-level statistics. Manage stores the access tokens Meta issues, encrypted.
From connected Google accounts. When an administrator connects a Google Business Profile, Manage receives reviews and the public name of the reviewer, and stores the refresh token Google issues, encrypted.
2. What we use it for
- Running HouseJet’s business: serving clients, distributing leads and appointments, billing, support.
- Replying to comments, messages and reviews from one place, and moderating them (hiding, deleting, blocking) where a platform allows it.
- Setting up and reporting on advertising campaigns for HouseJet and its clients.
- Security: knowing who did what, spotting misuse, and responding to disputes and chargebacks.
- Producing statistics about how the business is doing.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use data received from Meta or Google for advertising to the people it is about, for building profiles of them, or for anything other than managing HouseJet’s own accounts and customer relationships. Data from Meta is used in line with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies; data from Google in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
3. Who can see it
HouseJet staff, according to their role. Service providers that host and run the service on our behalf: Cloudflare (application hosting), Neon (database hosting), and the email, SMS and payment providers HouseJet uses to reach and bill clients. Meta and Google receive the replies and actions staff take through their platforms. We share data with authorities when the law requires it, and with card issuers and payment processors when a payment is disputed.
4. How long we keep it
Business records are kept for as long as HouseJet needs them for the purposes above and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Social media comments and messages are kept while the connected account stays connected and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless the platform tells us to remove them sooner. Sign-in records are kept for 12 months. Staff accounts are deactivated when someone leaves and their records are kept as part of the audit trail.
5. Security
The service is reachable only over HTTPS, requires a personal password and supports two-step sign-in with authenticator apps and passkeys. Access tokens for connected platforms are encrypted at rest. Every action is logged against the person who took it.
6. Your rights and data deletion
If you are a client, agent, lead or someone who has interacted with a HouseJet social media account and you want to know what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email clay@housejet.com from the address we have for you, or write to us with enough detail to identify your records. We will answer within 30 days. Residents of states with privacy laws (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Texas) can exercise their rights under those laws the same way.
Data received through Facebook or Instagram: you can also ask for its deletion by removing the connected app from your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites), which sends us an automatic deletion request and gives you a confirmation code you can check at manage.marketmakersolo.com/deletion-status, or by emailing the address above with “Facebook data deletion” in the subject. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days and confirmed by email.
Comments and messages you posted on a Facebook Page or Instagram account remain on those platforms under their rules; deleting them there is done through Facebook or Instagram.
7. Children
The service is for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 18.
8. Changes
The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes are announced to staff inside the service.
