HouseJet Manage
Terms of Service
Last updated September 16, 2026
These terms cover HouseJet Manage (“Manage”, “the service”), the internal operations system run by HouseJet at manage.marketmakersolo.com and any other address HouseJet serves it from. By signing in or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Who the service is for
Manage is an internal business tool for HouseJet staff, contractors and approved partners. Accounts are created by a HouseJet administrator and are personal to the person they are issued to. It is not offered to the general public and nothing in it is a consumer service.
2. Your account
- Keep your password, backup codes and passkeys to yourself. Do not share an account or let anyone else use yours.
- Tell an administrator straight away if you think your account has been used by someone else.
- Everything done in Manage is recorded against the account that did it, including viewing client records. Those records are kept for security, support and legal purposes.
- HouseJet can suspend or close an account at any time, including when someone leaves the company.
3. Acceptable use
Use the service only for HouseJet business and only as your role allows. You must not:
- access, copy or export client, lead or employee data beyond what your work needs, or take it outside HouseJet systems without authorisation;
- use data from the service to contact people in ways they have not agreed to or that break the law (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM and state privacy laws);
- probe, scan or test the security of the service, or try to get around access controls;
- use the service to send messages, post content or take actions on connected social media, email or phone accounts that are unlawful, deceptive or against those platforms’ rules;
- upload malicious code or anything you do not have the right to use.
4. Connected services
Manage connects to third-party platforms — Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, email and SMS providers, payment processors and the HouseJet client system — using access that a HouseJet administrator grants. When you act through those connections (replying to a comment, sending a message, changing a campaign) you are acting on HouseJet’s behalf and must follow each platform’s own terms, including the Meta Platform Terms and Google Terms of Service.
5. Data
Client, lead, employee and social media data in the service belongs to HouseJet or to the people it is about. How it is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will be available at all times or free of errors. HouseJet may change, suspend or stop any part of it. HouseJet may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, HouseJet is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of that state.
